AHIMSA
Do No Harm
Ahimsa is the Sanskrit word for the first guiding factor of yoga, "do no harm." That applies to our deeds and thoughts, towards those around us and our own selves. I founded Ahimsa Yoga 716 to guide others in a gentle, welcoming yoga practice. A practice which provides a feeling of peace - that soothes both body and mind. If you are looking for a class that is targeting how you feel rather than how you look, my classes are for you.
