Restorative yoga is restful and passive. Through the use of bolsters, blocks, and blankets you will get into a pose and stay there several minutes. Allowing the body to relax, which allows your mind and nervous system to rest as well. Gentle and therapeutic, this yoga class promotes reduced stress and anxiety and enhanced mood.
