LAUREN ETU
Use the Superpower of Neuroscience to Ease Stress and Trauma and Build Resilience
BIOGRAPHY
Lauren is a 20-year veteran school psychologist. She has worked with preschool to high school aged students across Western New York. Having seen the impact of trauma, stress, and mental illness on children and families, Lauren looked to expand her toolbox. She became a registered yoga teacher as well as a certified trauma-resiliency coach. It was through this, she discovered her passion for understanding our nervous system. Lauren excitedly shares that information with professionals, parents, and students. The more we understand our nervous system, the more we can make choices which increase our resilience.

Lauren founded Ahimsa Yoga 716 to bring the many benefits of yoga and neuroscience to adults and children.
